Coconut dumpling

  •    50 grams grated coconut
  •     1 tbsp coconut milk
  •     1 tsp honey
  •     2 eggs
  •     1 tbsp buckwheat flour

STEP 1 In the blender, add the grated coconut, coconut milk, honey, flour and an egg. Mix until you have a paste.

STEP 2 Flour your hands, and make small balls that you then place on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes.

STEP 3 Allow to cool for 5 minutes, meanwhile beat the second egg into an omelette, take a ball, soak it in it then sprinkle with grated coconut, return to the oven 5 minutes at 100 degrees.
