Homemade vegetable and potato chips

  •     1 carrot
  •     1 raw beetroot
  •     1 zucchini
  •     1 potato vitelotte
  •     Olive oil (optional)

STEP 1Preheat preheat the oven to 180oC.

STEP 2 Peel and wash vegetables and potatoes

STEP 3 Top them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Separate them well.

STEP 4 you can oil the vegetables with a brush (optional)

STEP 5 Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

STEP 6 Once ready, place them on a sheet of paper towel.

STEP 7 You can add a little salt if you wish.
