Baked beetroot chips

  •     2 beets
  •     2 tbsp olive oil
  •     Chives
  •     1 pinch of salt
  •     pink berries and fleur de sel

STEP 1Preheat the oven th.4 (100oC).

STEP 2Pelt the beets and clean them, then cut them into thin slices with a mandolin.

STEP 3Place them in a bowl. Pour in 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 pinch of salt and chopped chives. Mix well.

STEP 4 Place them on an oven sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for an hour.

STEP 5 Let cool and then dot with fleur de sel and pink berries.
