Mini chocolate burger



Ingredients
  •     For brioche burger buns:
  •     250g flour
  •     150 ml milk
  •     1 egg
  •     40g soft butter
  •     20g sugar
  •     1 packet of dehydrated baker's yeast
  •     Sesame seeds
  •     1/2 teaspoon salt
  •     For the filling:
  •     150g dark chocolate
  •     3 bananas
  •     15 cl cream liquid

Preparation

STEP 1 Prepare the dough:

STEP 2 Before starting the preparation pour a little milk into the yeast to allow it to swell for a few minutes.

STEP 3 To start mixing flour, sugar and salt. Add the milk and egg. All you have to do is mix the butter and the yeast. Knead by hand. When the dough starts to become elastic, let it sit for an hour warm under a tea towel.

STEP 4 Once your dough is well mounted, form small balls that will be left to rest for about an hour.

STEP 5 An hour later, your buns will be well inflated, brush them with milk. You can sprinkle them with a few sesame seeds for the burger effect.

STEP 6 All you just have to bake for 10 minutes in an oven that has been preheated to 180 degrees (th.6).

STEP 7 Prepare the chocolate-based sauce:

STEP 8 Place the chocolate squares in a hot saucepan. Add the crème fraîche. Cut the bananas into fairly thin slices.

STEP 9 All that remains is to assemble the burger. Cut the bread in half, add the chocolate sauce, cover with banana slices and close.
