Small chocolate ovens

  •     80g dark chocolate to pastry
  •     1 tbsp flour
  •     80g caster sugar
  •     2 whole eggs
  •     40g soft butter
  •     2 tbsp water


STEP 1 Preheat preheat the oven to 180oC.

STEP 2 Melt the cut dark chocolate and the water in a saucepan in a double boiler.

STEP 3 During this time, separate the yolks from the egg whites.

STEP 4 Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar in a bowl until the mixture whitens.

STEP 5 When the chocolate is melted, add it to the sweetened egg yolks and mix.

STEP 6 Then stir in the flour and soft butter and whisk well until smooth and smooth.

STEP 7 Climb the egg whites into firm snow with an electric mixer.

STEP 8 Gently mix them with a spatula.

STEP 9 Place paper crates on an oven plate. Pour the mixture into each of the crates.

STEP 10 Bake and bake the small chocolate ovens for 10 minutes.

STEP 11 At the end of cooking, let the small chocolate ovens cool on a rack.
