Cheese and spinach dumplings


Ingredients
  •     1 kg spinach, washed and cut into pieces
  •     500g ricotta (or other cheeses)
  •     2 eggs
  •     4 garlic cloves
  •     4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  •     olive oil
  •     pepper salt

Preparation

STEP 1 Heat oil in a frying pan and cook spinach for 10 min, and put in a container,

STEP 2Add the ingredients of the dumplings.

STEP 3Form small meatballs and fry lightly.
