Steak dumplings minced with tomato sauce


Ingredients
  •     250g minced steaks
  •     3 onions
  •     1 egg yolk
  •     240g canned peeled tomatoes
  •     1 tbsp paprika
  •     1/2 bunch of parsley
  •     1 sprig thyme
  •     olive oil
  •     salt, pepper

Preparation

STEP 1Pelt and chop an onion.

STEP 2 Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan.

STEP 3 Brown the onion with half the chopped parsley. Sprinkle with paprika and mix.

STEP 4 Using a fork, chop the chopped steaks in a bowl.

STEP 5 Add the onion mixture and egg yolk. Mix well.

STEP 6  Make nut-sized dumplings.

STEP 7Warm a drizzle of olive oil in the same skillet as before.

STEP 8 Return meatballs for 10 minutes.

STEP 9 During this time, prepare the sauce. Peel and chop remaining onions. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a saucepan.

STEP 10 Fry the onion with the peeled thyme, salt and pepper.

STEP 11 Add the peeled tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir regularly.

STEP 12 Serve the meatballs topped with tomato sauce and sprinkled with the remaining chopped parsley.
