The recipe for Vegetable Mayonnaise

Can't a mayonnaise without an egg? You're going to be amazed with this recipe!

  •    60 ml unsweetened vegetable milk
  •     1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  •     1 teaspoon maple syrup
  •     1/4 teaspoon salt
  •     125 ml vegetable oil
  •     1 tsp lemon juice
  •     1 teaspoon cider vinegar

  • Put vegetable milk, Dijon mustard, maple syrup and salt in a container.
  •     Mix with a dipping blender, pouring the oil very slowly into a fillet, until the mayonnaise takes.
  •     As soon as the mayonnaise starts to set, add the lemon juice and cider vinegar. Mix well for a few seconds at a time.

Tip: Stores for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
